Remote Support, Onsite Support, and Onsite Pick Up and Drop Off are shown before booking. Extra repair work, parts, or workshop labour is quoted before it proceeds.

Remote Support

$69

Remote access or phone troubleshooting with a technician.

Charged now to start remote support or reserve the next available remote appointment.

Onsite Support

$130

Travel to the location plus 20 minutes of troubleshooting.

Includes travel and 20 minutes onsite. If more work is needed, the technician provides a quote before continuing.

Onsite Pick Up and Drop Off

$150

Travel to pick up the device, offsite troubleshooting and repair analysis, and return of the device.

Includes pickup, offsite analysis, and return. Repair work is quoted after assessment and only proceeds if approved.

Yes — we operate 24×7 including evenings, weekends, and public holidays for urgent support.

On eligible services, if we cannot resolve your issue, you do not pay for the failed repair attempt. We explain eligibility before work begins.
