There are three support paths: Remote Support, Onsite Support, and Onsite Pick Up and Drop Off. The current fee for each path is promoted on the website before booking. Extra repair work, parts, or workshop labour is quoted before it proceeds.
If we can't resolve your issue under an eligible service, you won't pay for the failed repair attempt. We'll explain eligibility before work begins.
